Under Armour Eastside 10K
The Under Armour Eastside 10K is a 10-kilometre road race established in 2013. The event offers an in-person race in late September and a virtual option in September. For 2026 the in-person event is scheduled for Sunday, September 27, and the virtual window is September 1-30. Participants receive a souvenir Under Armour shirt and a finisher's medal.
Course, format and event services
The course runs through Vancouver neighborhoods including Gastown, Downtown Eastside, Strathcona and East Vancouver. The Gastown/Strathcona sections are described as having a heritage and industrial feel and include cobblestone streets and a notable hill near Pandora Park. Organizers note sections of the city on the route are rarely closed to traffic and have made small course changes to route through Gastown around new infrastructure. The event includes an elite field and awards, an adaptive athletes category, race kit pickup, bag check, post-race area, hydration stations and volunteers. The race lists charity partners and commercial partners, and it is sanctioned by provincial and national road running bodies.
