Eastbourne Triathlon : Sunday 11 July 2027
The Eastbourne Triathlon is a multi-discipline event held on the South Downs coast in Eastbourne. Races include open-water swims off the town, cycle courses that use fully closed roads including Beachy Head Road, and runs along the seaside promenade and pier area.
The programme covers a wide range of distances and age groups, from children’s TriStars and youth races to middle distance events and standalone swims. Relay options and aquathlon, aquabike and duathlon formats are available. A booking protection option is offered for an additional cost of 8.5 percent to provide refunds in specified circumstances such as injury, illness, adverse weather travel warnings, or major vehicle incident en route.

- Standard Triathlon: Swim 1500m, Bike 40km, Run 10km
- Sprint Triathlon: Swim 750m, Bike 20km, Run 5km
- Novice Super-Sprint: Swim 300m, Bike 10km, Run 2.5km
- TriBourne 100: Swim 2km, Bike 80km, Run 18km
- Youth Super-Sprint (age 15-16): Swim 300m, Bike 10km, Run 2.5km
- TriStar aquathlons for ages 8 to 14 with short swim and run legs
- Sprint and Standard aquabike and aquathlon distances
- Standalone swims: 1500m and 2km
