Event overview
The Eastbourne Triathlon takes place on Sunday 12 July 2026 on the South Downs coast. The swim is staged against the backdrop of Eastbourne's historic pier. The bike course uses fully closed roads, including Beachy Head Road. The run takes place along the seaside promenade.

Entry rules and options
Ages are taken on 31 December 2026. A Race Pass is required for non-members of the BTF at an additional cost of £8 per athlete and £2 for under 25s. Optional refund protection is available for 8.5% of the entry cost and covers specified illness, injury, adverse weather travel warnings, and certain vehicle incidents.
