East Newton Lion's Club 5k Run/Walk - Granby, MO
This is the 42nd Annual Granby 5K sponsored by the East Newton Lion's Club. The event is based at the fire station on North Main Street in Granby, Missouri, and includes both a 5K run and a 5K walk that start and finish in front of the fire station.
Registration carries a $30 fee. Registration opens April 29, 2026 and closes July 3, 2026. A T shirt is guaranteed for entrants who register by June 20. All registered participants receive a free pancake breakfast. Packet pickup is held in front of the fire station. Public restrooms are available inside the fire station.
The event uses age and gender divisions. Runner divisions for males and females include ages 1-12, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and over. Walker divisions for men and women include ages 1-12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and over. Awards include trophies for best overall male and female runners, first through third place awards in each runner division, and first place awards in each walker division.
