East Granby 1 Miler
The event is a one-mile run and walk on the Farmington Canal Heritage Trail in East Granby, Connecticut. It takes place on a crushed gravel trail as an out-and-back course with a turnaround approximately halfway. The event is offered in two waves, listed as East Granby Wave 1 and East Granby Wave 2.
Timing will be done by hand. Trail shoes are not required. The organizer states the event will run in rain or shine and that no refunds will be issued. Facilities on the property are not confirmed.
Registration opens on 2026-03-30 and closes on 2026-07-18. The registration fee is $25.00. All proceeds from the event will go to charities.
Parking is limited. Two nearby parking lots are noted, each holding up to 30 cars. The lots are identified by coordinates: 41°58'25.3"N 72°45'32.0"W and 41°58'26.8"N 72°45'26.3"W.
