8th Annual Earth Day Trail Run : Huntingdon Valley, PA
The 8th Annual Earth Day Trail Run takes place on April 18, 2026 at the Pennypack Ecological Restoration Trust headquarters, 2955 Edge Hill Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006. The event offers multiple distance options and family activities on preserve trails.

The courses run on grass and gravel with rolling hills. Each course begins and ends at the event headquarters; measured distances are approximate because the routes follow natural trails. Pets are not permitted on the preserve or at the race.
Proceeds support the Pennypack Ecological Restoration Trust and its work to protect and maintain more than 950 acres of open space. The 1 mile course includes a Story Stroll created in partnership with the Southampton Library. The race is professionally timed by Bryn Mawr Racing Co and official results are published online.
Entry includes a race t shirt with size guaranteed by March 31, 2026. Children 12 and under participate free of charge. Information about sponsorship and volunteering is available through the event organizers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
