Earth Day 5K : Oberlin

The Earth Day 5K in Oberlin is organized to endorse and promote celebration of the environment, good health, and service to the community. The event is a 5K (3.1 miles) road race that starts and finishes on Tappan Square. Route materials include an aerial route map and a street map.

The next scheduled race date is Saturday, April 17, 2027. Entry fees are specified by registration date: $20.00 per person for registrations completed by Monday, April 12, 2027 at 4:00 p.m., and $25.00 per person for registrations after that date, including day of the race. T-shirts are provided to the first 100 registrants while supplies last.

Competitors are placed into age-group divisions that range from 10 and under through 70 and over, with intermediate five year brackets for adults. Awards include first overall male and female, and first, second, and third place in each age division.
