Runs are chip-timed. Children aged 4 and under run for free; all child runners must have an adult chaperone. If a 5k or 10k entrant is a chaperone, their registration includes individual entry to chaperone the 1 Mile Family Dash. Disabled athletes may bring a personal assistant free of charge; additional personal assistant tickets may be available on request. Spectator tickets can be added when booking a race entry. Entries are non-refundable, but transfers to another runner are available until 18/10/2025. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
