Dungarvan 10K Road Race, 17 July 2026
The Dungarvan 10K is part of the West Waterford Athletic Club Summer Races series and is listed as the final race of the Series for 2026. The race is now in its 42nd year and holds a valid permit, cert. no. 26/329.
The course starts and finishes at the Industrial Estate at Clogherane just off the N25 in Dungarvan. The event uses facilities provided by Dungarvan G.A.A. club for number collection, prizegiving and refreshments on the night.
Entry is available online at a stated pre-entry price of €12, with entry on the night priced at €15. Online ticket sales are available between July 4, 2026 and July 17, 2026.
Prizes are awarded to the Top 3 men and Top 3 ladies. Category prizes listed include 1st Junior, O/40, O/45, O/50 and O/60 for men plus 1st men's team; and 1st Junior, O/35, O/40, O/45 and O/50 for ladies plus 1st ladies team. The organisers note that specially commissioned Race Series gilets will be distributed at this final event, and a local sponsor returns for the 2026 edition.
