Duluth Donut Dash 5K
The Duluth Donut Dash 5K is held in conjunction with the Duluth Fall Festival on Sunday, September 27, 2026. The course runs through the streets of Duluth and begins and ends at the Duluth Festival Center.
Packet pick-up occurs before the race: an early session is scheduled on Thursday, September 24, 2026 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at the Duluth Fall Festival Center; day-of packet pick-up is listed for 6:30 am, with a race warm-up at 7:45 am. Parking is available at Coleman Middle School, 3057 Main Street, Duluth, GA, and at Duluth High School, 3737 Brock Rd NW, Duluth, GA.
The event uses chip timing and posts results on Active on the day of the race. Awards are presented to division winners in the 5K. All participants receive a long-sleeved tee-shirt, and Dunkin’ Donut and coffee are provided after the race.
Proceeds support Wellroot Family Services, an organization that provides foster care, family support programs, transitional and independent living services for young adults, and housing-focused programming. Wellroot’s programs include home visitation, parenting support, in-home therapy, foster care services, and assistance for young people transitioning from foster care to adulthood. The Duluth Donut Dash is part of the broader Duluth Fall Festival weekend and contributes to festival proceeds used for improvements in Historic Downtown Duluth.
