The Dukes 5k & Fun Run is a fundraiser hosted by the Wellington High School Track and Field team in Wellington, Ohio. The event is based at 398 Dickson St, Wellington, OH 44090. Registration opens January 19, 2026. Entry for each event is listed as $25, and day-of in-person registration is available for $25.

Course and awards

The 5k begins on the school track, leaves the stadium, loops around the town area, and finishes back on the track. The 1 mile Fun Run consists of four laps around the track and starts after the 5k runners leave the stadium area. All participants receive a custom Dukes finisher medal. The 5k is timed and awards for overall male and female winners plus age group winners are presented after the race in the field house. Age groups (male and female) are: 13 and under; 14-18; 19-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60 and up. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
