About the race
Dukeries 30 / 40, from HOBO Pace, is a circular trail race starting in Walesby, within Sherwood Forest, Nottinghamshire. The event offers 30-mile and 40-mile distances, open to runners only. The route mainly follows forest trails and footpaths, passing lodges and landmarks such as Creswell Crags, the Welbeck Estate, Clumber Park, and, for the 40-mile option, The Major Oak.
The course is fully marked and marshalled with regular aid stations; finishers receive a HOBO Pace medal. The event is vegan-friendly, with a 10.5-hour cut-off and no on-the-day entries. Registration is online via SiEntries.
