Dukeries 30 / 40

The Dukeries 30 / 40 is an annual trail running event held in Nottinghamshire, starting and finishing at Walesby Sports & Social Club near Sherwood Forest. It offers two distances: 30.8 and 40.8 miles, both featuring a scenic clockwise loop through forest trails, footpaths, and minor roads. The route passes notable landmarks including Creswell Crags, Welbeck Estate, Clumber Park, Thoresby Estate, and for the 40-mile race, the famous Major Oak.
