Duke City Marathon - Race Info
The Duke City Marathon is a multi-race event held in Albuquerque that uses downtown Civic Plaza as the start and finish area. The course runs on city streets that are closed to vehicular traffic on race day and passes Historic Route 66, the Paseo del Bosque Trail beside the Rio Grande River, the Village of Los Ranchos, and Old Town Albuquerque.

- 5K Run
- 5K Walk
Age groups span from 0-14 up to 90+. Categories include Male, Female, Wheel Chair, and Relay divisions such as Men's, Women's, Co-ed, Military, Law Enforcement, and Pueblo.
Registration items listed for 2026 include a commemorative race coin, a moisture-wicking long sleeve shirt, a finishers medal for certain distances, a race bib, timing, a race packet, and post race festival refreshments. There are no refunds and transfers are not permitted. Packet pickup is available at the Big 5 Sporting Goods store for early registrants and at the Health and Fitness Expo for others.
The Marathon course follows Central, Laguna, Kit Carson, Alcalde, Tingley Drive, the Paseo del Norte Trail, and the Paseo del Bosque Trail.
