Duke City Marathon - Race information
The Duke City Marathon is a multi-race event held in Albuquerque with start and finish at Civic Plaza in downtown. The full marathon course runs through central Albuquerque and includes sections along Historic Route 66 and the Paseo del Bosque Trail beside the Rio Grande, with parts passing Old Town and the Village of Los Ranchos. The marathon route also approaches the Sandia Mountains and returns to Civic Plaza.

Age group divisions begin at 0-14 and progress in standard five year bands up to 90+. Categories include Male, Female, Wheel Chair, and several relay divisions such as Men's, Women's, Co-ed, Military, Law Enforcement, and Pueblo.
Registration benefits list a moisture-wicking long sleeve shirt, a commemorative race coin, finishers medals for Marathon, Half Marathon and 10K events, race bib, timing, race packet, and post race festival with refreshments. There are no refunds and registrations cannot be transferred to another person except by paying a $20 event transfer fee.
Packets for early registrants are available at Big 5 Sporting Goods on San Mateo Boulevard; the Health and Fitness Expo at the Albuquerque Convention Center serves as the final packet pickup and is open to the public with exhibitor booths and activities.
