DUbliNDEE Kilted 5K Race and Fun Walk
The DUbliNDEE Kilted 5K Race and Fun Walk is an in-person running and walking event held in East Dundee, Illinois on March 7, 2026, the morning of the St. Patrick's Parade. The event supports local charitable groups through its fundraising.
The start and finish area is at Lifeline Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, 296 Williams Place, East Dundee. The race route runs parallel to the Fox River along Duncan and Elgin Avenue. Results are posted online after the event.
Entry fees vary by date: $40 prior to February 1, $50 prior to March 1, and $60 for registrations on or after March 1, 2026. Participants age 17 and under are priced at $25 and children age 5 and under may enter free. Entry fees are non refundable. Race day registration is available.
The first 400 registrations receive a gift bag that includes breakfast, a drink, a t shirt, and other giveaways. Kilts will be available for purchase for a $10 charge and participants who own previous event kilts are encouraged to wear them. Packet pickup for pre registered runners is available on Friday, March 6, 2026 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Lifeline Plumbing. Proceeds benefit F.I.S.H. Food Pantry and Friends of the Fox River.
