Dublindee Kilted 5K Race and Fun Walk

The Dublindee Kilted 5K Run/Walk is held in East Dundee, Illinois. The event is a 5 km race and walk.

It takes place on the morning of the St. Patrick's Parade in Dundee. The start and finish area is at Lifeline Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, 296 Williams Place, East Dundee. The route begins there and runs parallel to the Fox River along Duncan/Elgin Avenue.

The event raises funds for two beneficiaries: the FISH Food Pantry and Friends of the Fox River.

Entry Fees

  • General registration starts at $40 before February 1, increases to $50 before March 1, and is $60 on or after March 1, 2026.
  • Participants aged 17 and under pay $25.
  • Children aged 5 and under are free.
  • Entry fees are non-refundable.

Additional Information The first 400 registrants receive a gift bag containing breakfast, a drink, a t-shirt, and other giveaways. Kilts can be purchased for an additional $10, and wearing a kilt or green attire is encouraged.

Packet pickup for pre-registered participants is available on Friday, March 6, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the start/finish address. Race day registration is available.
