Dublin Pet Fair 5K Race
The Dublin Pet Fair 5K Race takes place on 09/27/2026 at the Dublin Rec Center, 5600 Post Rd, Dublin, OH 43017. The running course starts and finishes at the Rec Center and travels through Indian Run Meadows Park with a turning point at the ML Red Trabue Nature Reserve. The event is organized in partnership with USA Race Timing and Event Management and sponsored by Pet Palace.
The event aims to raise awareness of animal welfare organizations in Ohio, promote adoption of shelter and rescue pets, and showcase animal related vendors and sponsors. Proceeds will be used for spay and neuter efforts to help control pet overpopulation in the state.
Rescue organizations and shelters will bring adoptable pets, and pet related businesses will display products and services. The program includes demonstrations by the Southern Ohio Flying K9s, pet races, and a pet parade. A wellness clinic conducted by the Rascal Unit will offer vaccinations, microchips, and preventative care from 12:00 to 15:00, with the first 50 microchips provided free thanks to a donation from Pet FBI. Additional features include food trucks, raffles, and items for sale.
