DSpring Fling 5km
The DSpring Fling is a 5km race held at Bayfront Park on Harbour Front Drive in Hamilton, Ontario. The course uses the city's waterfront trail and the park, and is described as flat, fast, and traffic-free.
The event features chip timing. Participants receive a technical race shirt (if registered before March 10), a custom finisher's medal, and hot food after the race. Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers, as well as the top three in five-year age groups.
Registration costs $69.79. Transfers or cancellations are not permitted, but a friend can pick up a race kit or a deferral to the next race is possible.
