DRHS JMG & Positive Action Team 5K Color Fun Run
Dexter Regional High School JMG and the Positive Action Team are hosting the second annual 5K color fun run/walk in Dexter, Maine on May 30, 2026. All sponsorship and proceeds will be donated to the Heart of Maine Resource Center in Dexter, which serves Dexter, Ripley, Garland, and Exeter and provides food assistance, low or no cost home repairs, and other community resources.
The event uses an out-and-back 5-kilometer route. There is a color station at each kilometer where participants are sprayed with color. The run/walk will not be professionally timed. Check-in, start, and finish are located in the municipal parking lot behind 6 Main St.
Registration opens April 13 and closes May 7; the registration fee is $30. The first 50 registrants by May 9 are guaranteed a shirt in their size. Participants are encouraged to wear the provided shirt or a white or light colored shirt to show the sprayed colors clearly. Strollers are welcome for walking and jogging.
