Proceeds benefit two foundations that support pediatric cancer; funds will provide a scholarship and help local pediatric cancer families through gift cards and research funding.
Distances and options include:
- 5K run with chip timing
- 1 mile untimed walk or run
- 5K virtual run with submitted times scored
- The "14" Challenge with multiple participation options
Registration fees listed by the organizer vary by entry type, generally ranging from $30 to $50, with special bundle pricing when combining the "14" Challenge and race entries.
The "14" Challenge is a virtual participation option running from September 1 to September 30. Participants may commit to running a total of 14 miles in September, walking 14 minutes each day, or performing 14 pushups each day. The challenge is framed around childhood cancer awareness and serves as a lead-in to the in-person event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
