About the race
The 25th Captain Shreve Gator Run takes place on November 13, 2027 at Lee Hedges Stadium, Captain Shreve High School in Shreveport, Louisiana. The event includes an organized running race and a non-running supporter option.
The running event is a 5K (3.1 miles) that starts and finishes on the track at Lee Hedges Stadium and follows a route through the Broadmoor neighborhood. A "Sleep in Supporter" option is offered; supporters receive the event shirt without participating in the run.
Registration information and fees are staged by date. Published entry fees include $30 early, $35 during mid-November registration, and $40 on race day for the 5K.
