Dr. O Memorial 5K Walk/Run

The event honors the legacy of a longtime medical director known as Dr. O, who led the Street Medicine program for many years.

Registration has a fee of $35. Proceeds will support no-cost medical care provided by the Street Medicine program, which operates a mobile medical coach at nine locations across central Ohio. The program provides urgent care services for acute illness, infections, wounds, and unmanaged chronic conditions, and helps connect patients to food resources, specialty appointments, and primary care. The program has operated for forty years and logs over 4,000 patient encounters annually.
On the day of the event, the Street Medicine team will collect clothing donations. Needed items include good condition hoodies, athletic pants, and tennis shoes for men and women.
