Downtown Melbourne 5K Run/Walk
The Downtown Melbourne 5K Run/Walk is scheduled for Saturday, March 21, 2026, at Front Street Park in Melbourne, Florida. The event is a community 5K run and walk; proceeds benefit The Haven for Children, a residential and therapeutic home for children removed from their families due to abuse, neglect, or abandonment.
Early packet pickup and registration are available the day before at Running Zone, located at 3696 N Wickham Road, Melbourne. On race day there is packet pickup and race day registration, followed by the 5K event at Front Street Park, 2205 Front St.
Individual awards are presented for the top three overall male and female finishers, top masters (age 40 and over) male and female, and age-group awards for top three male and female finishers in categories from 8 and under up to 80 and over. A course map and a manual registration form are provided by the organizers.
Entry fees change after March 1, 2026. Adult entry is listed at $35 through March 1 and increases thereafter; child entry for ages 12 and under is listed at $30 through March 1 and increases thereafter.
