Downtown Melbourne 5K Run/Walk

The proceeds from this race support The Haven for Children, a residential and therapeutic home that provides care for children who have been removed from their families due to abuse, neglect, or abandonment.
Participants have the opportunity to earn individual awards across several categories. Recognition is given to the top three overall male and female finishers, as well as the top male and female masters runners aged 40 and older. Additionally, awards are presented to the top three male and female finishers in various age divisions, beginning with children aged 8 and under and continuing through age groups up to 80 and older.
Registration is available for both adults and children aged 12 and under. Participants can pick up their race packets at a local running store in Melbourne on the day before the event or at the park location on the morning of the race.
