The Downhill Dash 5km is a fast, slightly downhill race held at Corktown Park in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Known as Canada's fastest 5km course, it features a tree-covered, traffic-free route designed for runners aiming to achieve seasonal or personal best times. Participants are transported by bus to the start line, and the event offers chip timing, custom finisher medals, and knapsacks for the first 50 registrants.
Awards are given to the top three overall male and female runners, as well as top finishers in 10-year age groups from under 19 to 70+.
