Doughnut Day 5K

Doughnut Day 5K takes place on May 29, 2027 in Lake Mary, Florida at 1061 S Sun Drive #1097. The event is presented by the Rotary Club of Seminole County Sunset and raises funds for local student scholarships.

The event program includes an in-person 5K, a Doughnut Day 5k virtual race, a free kids race called "The Sugar Rush" open to ages 1 to 10, and volunteer opportunities open to ages 10 and up. The virtual race and several event entries carry separate registration fees; the kids race and volunteer roles are listed as free.

Participants receive a plush doughnut finisher medal in one of several designs, an event T-shirt, free doughnuts at the finish line, and free coffee and refreshments. The 5K is chip timed with official results, and awards are given to the top three male and top three female finishers. Packet pick-up and finisher item pickup are handled at Front Running Sports at the same Lake Mary address.

If the in-person event cannot take place as scheduled, participants will be switched to the virtual race and finisher medals and shirts will remain available for pickup at Front Running Sports.
