Doughnut Day 5K
The Doughnut Day 5K is scheduled for May 30, 2026 in Lake Mary, Florida at 1061 S Sun Drive #1097. The event is presented by the Rotary Club of Seminole County Sunset and is listed as the 9th annual running. The main in-person event is a 5K and there is a virtual 5K option. A free kids race, "The Sugar Rush," is open to ages 1–10. Volunteer opportunities are available and open to ages 10 and older. Event details
All proceeds are stated to support local student scholarships managed by the Rotary Club of Seminole County Sunset. The race will be chip timed using a disposable chip attached to the race bib. Participants receive a plush doughnut finisher medal (six flavors available), an event T-shirt, and access to free doughnuts, coffee, and refreshments at the finish. Awards will be given to the top three male and top three female finishers. Packet pick-up is available at Front Running Sports in Lake Mary in the days before the race, and finisher medals and shirts will be available for pickup there if the in-person race is converted to the virtual option due to cancellation.
