Entry, amenities and logistics
The virtual 5K has a listed registration price of $35 and its registration closes May 30, 2026. The kids race and volunteer roles are free; volunteers are open to ages 10 and older. The event uses disposable chip timing attached to race bibs and will post official results. Awards are given to the top three male and top three female finishers.
Participants receive a plush doughnut finisher medal (six flavors noted), an event T-shirt, and complimentary doughnuts and coffee at the finish. Packet pick-up is available at Front Running Sports (same Lake Mary address) on the days before the event and at the race site on event day. If the in-person race cannot take place, registrants will be moved to the virtual race and medals and shirts will be available for pickup at Front Running Sports.
