Dorney Lake Triathlon : Saturday 6 June 2026
The Dorney Lake Triathlon takes place at Dorney Lake, Windsor. The event uses the purpose-built lake for the swim and flat, road-based bike and run loops around the venue. Each discipline is marked with distance flags and marshals will guide participants around the course.
Multiple race formats are available, including individual triathlons, relays and aquabike options. Results are chip timed. Entries include a themed medal, free race photos, chip-timed results and post-race goodies. An event village offers food and drink options and partner-provided items at the finish.
Course characteristics by distance:
- Super Sprint: 400 m swim, 9.5 km bike (2 laps), 2.5 km run
- Sprint: 750 m swim, 19 km bike (4 laps), 5 km run
- Standard: 1500 m swim, 38 km bike (8 laps), 10 km run
Elevation and terrain are detailed per race: Super Sprint elevation 20 m, Sprint elevation 40 m, Standard elevation 80 m. Terrain for all listed courses is road.
Relay options allow 2 or 3 team members to share the swim, bike and run disciplines. Aquabike options replace the run so participants complete swim and bike only. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
