Dorney Lake Triathlon - 6 June 2026
The Dorney Lake Triathlon takes place at Dorney Lake, Windsor, United Kingdom, and is held in support of Macmillan Cancer Support. The event is organised by RunThrough and offers multiple triathlon formats around a purpose built Olympic venue with a purpose built lake.
Each discipline is clearly marked with distance flags and the course is chip timed. The site layout and flat grounds are described as providing a flat bike and run course on road terrain. Event staffing includes marshals and helpers and an event village offers food and drink options.
Race formats include individual and team options. There is an Aquabike option for swim-bike only, and relay entries allow two or three people to share disciplines.
Distances and basic course details:
- Super Sprint Triathlon: 400m swim, 9.5km bike, 2.5km run. Elevation 20m. Terrain Road.
- Sprint Triathlon: 750m swim, 19km bike, 5km run. Elevation 40m. Terrain Road.
- Standard Triathlon: 1500m swim, 38km bike, 10km run. Elevation 80m. Terrain Road.
Included with entry are a themed medal, free race photos, chip-timed results and post race goodies. The event is a partner event and RunThrough memberships may be used for entry; once sold out no additional places will be available and there will be no member desk or member bib use at this event.
