Dorney Lake Evening Sprint Triathlon & Sprint Aquabike

RunThrough UK returns to Dorney Lake in Windsor for an evening triathlon series. The event offers three options: Super Sprint Triathlon (400m swim, 9.5km bike on two laps with about 20m elevation, 2.5km run on two laps); Sprint Triathlon (750m swim, 19km bike on four laps with 40m elevation, 5km run on two laps with 6m elevation); and Sprint Aquabike (750m swim, 20km bike). Set on a purpose-built, flat lake course, it’s ideal for personal-best attempts.
