Race Distances
Participants can choose between three race formats:
- Super Sprint Triathlon: A 400 m swim, 9.5 km bike ride (2 laps), and a 2.5 km run.
- Sprint Triathlon: A 750 m swim, 19 km bike ride (4 laps), and a 5 km run (2 laps).
- Sprint Aquabike: A 750 m swim followed by a 20 km bike ride.
All races take place on Wednesday, 1st July 2026.
The Venue
The event is held at Dorney Lake in Windsor, a purpose-built lake and former Olympic venue. The grounds are flat, providing a flat course for the bike and run segments. Each discipline is marked with distance flags.
Included with Entry
Entry includes a unique themed medal, free race photographs, chip-timed results, and post-race refreshments. Marshals are present on the course. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
