The event is held on the flat, scenic grounds of the venue. Both the bike and run courses are described as totally flat and chip timed. The race is draft illegal.
The run course will be clearly marked with distance flags. Organisers provide helpers on both the run and bike courses to keep participants on course and to offer encouragement.
Spectator facilities include a balcony cafe that overlooks the transition area. The multi-lap layout gives spectators multiple viewing and cheering opportunities.
