Doodle Trail 5k and 15k

The event features two measured trail and road races that use the Doodle Trail corridor and nearby roads. It is presented as the 9th annual running of the Doodle Trail 5k and 15k Challenge and concludes at the Pickens Doodle Trail park.

The 5k is held on a certified rolling course. The route begins on the road and finishes with the last 1.5 miles on the Doodle Trail, with the finish line located at the Pickens Trail Head Park. Age group awards are given at 10 year intervals and include overall and Master awards for both males and females.

The 15k starts in Easley in front of the Easley Police Department and includes a 1 hour and 45 minute cut off. There will not be complimentary shuttle service this year. As a result, 15k packet pickup is handled at the Easley starting area on race morning and 15k packets cannot be picked up in Pickens on race morning. General packet pickup is available at the Pickens Doodle Park Trailhead prior to race day and 15k bibs and shirts will be available at the Easley start.

This event serves as the final race of the Pickens County 5k Race Series and series awards are handed out at the conclusion of the race. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
