Doodle Trail 5K and 15K Challenge
- 5K: certified rolling course with last 1.5 miles on the Doodle Trail.
- 15K: starts in Easley at the Law Enforcement Center with a two hour cutoff.
The event features two distances run on local roads and the Doodle Trail. The 5K course begins on the road and finishes at the new Pickens Trail Head Park. Age group awards are given in 10 year intervals; overall and Masters awards are presented for both males and females.
Packet pickup is available Friday evening at the Pickens Doodle Park Trailhead for both races. On race morning, all 15K bibs and tee shirts and race morning pickup for the 15K will be located at the Easley starting line at the Law Enforcement Center, 220 NW Main St, Easley, SC. There will not be complimentary shuttle service this year; this is a change from previous years.
Registration by Tuesday May 19 guarantees a tee shirt; registrations after that date will not receive one. This event serves as the final race of the Pickens County 5K Race Series and series awards will be handed out at the conclusion of the race.
