It is organized to raise awareness about mental health and to reduce stigma around asking for help. Entry fee listed for the 5k is $40. Participants receive a finisher medal, and registrants who sign up by March 20, 2026 are guaranteed a T-shirt. An after-party at Benchtop Brewing Company will follow the race, with drinks and food available from local vendors.
