Every registration includes a custom race shirt and a finisher medal. The 5k, 10k, and Half Marathon events are chip-timed, with live results and awards. Participants aged 12 and under receive youth-based pricing for the 5k and 10k events.
Packet pickup is available on race day, starting an hour and a half before the event begins. The event is organized by Bodies Race Company, which describes its mission as focusing on fun, family, and fitness. There is also an option to purchase Bodies Membership for early registration access and discounts.

Free photos are provided to participants. Awards are given for overall and masters categories, as well as top three finishers in standard age groups for the 5k, 10k, and half marathon.
