Race services, awards and policies
Timed events (5k, 10k, Half Marathon) include chip timing with live results, age-group awards, a custom bib, designer shirt, and a custom finisher medal. Age-group awards for timed events include Male and Female Overall, Male and Female Masters (40+), and top 3 in age brackets from 10 & Under up through 80+. The 1 Mile, Kid's Dash, and Virtual entries are untimed and do not qualify for age-group awards. Race-day services listed include free photos, snacks at the finish, and post-finish awards available at the registration tent.
Packet pickup is available on race day. Virtual participants receive a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and shipping; packets are mailed and ship the Wednesday after the race. Bodies Race Company states a no-refund policy; events proceed in most weather and will only cancel for venue requirements or hazardous road/ice conditions, with participants moved to the virtual option if cancellation occurs.
