Entry, course, and services
Entry fees are listed from $17 to $48, with youth pricing for 12 and under at $17 for the 5k and 10k. Registrations for the 5k/10k/half include a designer shirt, a custom finisher medal, chip timing with live results, awards, and finish-line snacks. The 1 Mile and Kid's Dash are untimed and include a bib, shirt, and medal; the Kid's Dash is for ages 10 and under and can be run without receiving swag.
Course materials include published 5k and 10k maps and a half-marathon described as a double out-and-back; maps are subject to change. Age-group awards for the 5k, 10k, and half marathon include overall male and female, masters (40+), and top-three male and female in age brackets from 10 & under through 80+. Kid's Dash, 1 Mile, and Virtual events are untimed and do not qualify for age-group awards.
The virtual option provides a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and mailed packet; mailed packets ship the Wednesday after the race and virtual participants may upload times and photos starting the day of the event. Events are organized by Bodies Race Company. The organizer has a no-refund policy; cancellations occur only if the venue requires it or if there are ice hazards, in which case registrations may be transferred to the virtual event.
