DoNot Stop Half Marathon, 5K, 10K and related events : Greater Chicago
This multi-day event takes place in Greater Chicago from April 3 to April 10, 2027, and includes in-person and virtual participation options. Event offerings include a kid's dash, a 1 mile, 5K (3.1 Miles), 10K (6.2 Miles), Half Marathon (13.1 Miles), a virtual race, a volunteer-then-run option, and a Running Buddy Half Marathon that requires prior approval.

Most in-person race registrations include a custom bib, designer shirt, and finisher medal. The 5K and 10K offer youth pricing for ages 12 and under at $17. The event provides chip-timing with live results and awards, free photos, and a donut at the finish line.
The virtual race includes a digital bib, mailed event shirt and medal, and shipping for the packet; mailed packets are scheduled to ship the Wednesday after the race. Virtual participants can upload times starting the day of the event and may upload photos to the participant photo album. The volunteer then run option asks volunteers to arrive 30 minutes before packet pickup and allows them to run a chosen distance afterward.
