Donor Dash : 27th Annual
The Donor Dash is organized by Donor Alliance and takes place at Washington Park in Denver, Colorado on Sunday, July 19, 2026. The event is a 5K run and walk held to honor the lives of organ and tissue donors, celebrate organ and tissue recipients, and recognize people who continue to wait for a lifesaving transplant.
Participants may share a photo and a short message for display on race morning through the event dashboard to highlight personal connections to donation and transplantation. An on-stage recognition ceremony is part of the race day program; ribbons for the ribbon ceremony are available near the finish line and at a ribbon tent by the expo area.
Packet pickup is offered in the days leading up to the event at the Donor Alliance office located at 200 Spruce Street in Denver. Team captains are responsible for collecting and distributing their team packets. Race day packet pick up is available for those who do not collect packets beforehand.
Parking is limited; South High School parking and street parking in the surrounding area are noted options and carpooling is recommended. Roads surrounding Washington Park will be closed and inaccessible to vehicles on race day. Registration categories listed for the event include adult (ages 18 to 59), senior (60 and above), and youth (17 and under); posted prices include processing fees.
