Donaghadee 5k

Donaghadee 5k is scheduled for 22 July 2026 in Donaghadee and is organised by Dee Runners with sponsorship from Rea Estates. The event distance is 5 km and the course is measured and certified by Athletics Northern Ireland (ANI).

The route starts at Donaghadee Harbour and finishes at The Commons in Donaghadee. Entry was limited to 375 participants and the event is currently full. The minimum age for entry is 12 or older. Each finisher receives a chip time and a bespoke medal.

Proceeds from this edition of the race will be donated to Marie Curie Northern Ireland and to Women's Aid North Down and Ards. Entry fees listed for the event were £20.00 for UKA members and £22.00 for non members. Entries opened on 11 April 2026 and closed on 10 July 2026.
