About the race
The Dominic DiCarlo Memorial 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk takes place on October 31, 2026, at Southwood Bar & Grill in Woodbury, New Jersey. The course runs through the Greenfields neighborhood and finishes at the race venue. Proceeds from the event benefit the American Cancer Society.

Registration opens on June 18, 2026, and closes on October 30, 2026. Pre-registration is listed at $20 and day-of registration at $25. T-shirts are guaranteed to the first 100 pre-registered participants and are available while supplies last on the day of the event. Parking is available onsite at Southwood Bar & Grill.
Awards include trophies for the top male and female overall finishers. Medallions will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers in these age categories: 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+; no duplicate awards will be given. Participants aged 21 and over may have a post-race beer at Southwood Bar & Grill. Halloween costumes are encouraged. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
