Mortimer 10km, Mortimer Fairground, Berkshire

The Mortimer 10km is a multi terrain running event based at Mortimer Fairground in Mortimer, Berkshire. The race uses a two lap route that largely runs off road on footpaths and bridleways through local woodlands. The course is undulating and uneven in places, with about 85 percent off road and approximately 85 metres of elevation gain. It is not suitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs.

Entry details note a minimum age of 16 for the 10 km event. The event includes chip timing, a finisher medal, downloadable race photos, prizes, ample toilets and onsite car parking. Additional on site provisions reported for recent editions include massage for a fee and local food and drink vendors. A local brewery produced an event ale for the occasion in a prior year.

Race instructions are distributed in late March and staggered starts and social distancing measures have been used for event management.
