Dog Days 5K - Hudson
The event is a 5K run held near Lake Bloomington on a portion of the Inner Loop, with the start and finish next to Green Gables. The course uses asphalt roads and is not closed to traffic; participants should take caution. Two water stops are provided along the route. Headsets and strollers are not allowed during the race.
Registration opens on 2026-02-01 and closes on 2026-04-11. There are two registration options listed: a regular entry with a shirt for $30.00 and a no shirt option for $25.00. No discounts begin July 1 and no race day discounts will be offered.
Packet pickup is available before the event at 305 S Linden Street in Normal and at the race site on race day. Awards are given to the overall male and female winners and to the top three finishers, male and female, in each of these age groups: 8 and under; 9 to 14; 15 to 19; 20 to 24; 25 to 29; 30 to 34; 35 to 39; 40 to 44; 45 to 49; 50 to 54; 55 to 59; 60 to 64; 65 to 70; and 71 and over.
