DLM Good Neighbor 5k
The DLM Good Neighbor 5k takes place on May 17, 2026, in the DLM Washington Square parking lot at 6177 Far Hills Avenue, Dayton, Ohio. The event is organized in partnership with the locally owned store Up and Running and is presented as a family-friendly run and walk.
Proceeds from the event benefit the fight against hunger and will be distributed to The Foodbank. Generous vendor donations will be loaded directly onto The Foodbank truck on race morning. The event includes a 5K distance and all 5K participants receive a Killer Brownie® treat at the finish line.
Registration opens March 1. Registrations made by May 8 are eligible for an early bird rate and are guaranteed a race T-shirt. Early bird fees are $20 for adults and $10 for children 12 and under; fees increase to $25 and $15 starting May 9.
Packet pickup is offered before the event at Up and Running and on race day at the parking lot. Prizes will be announced in various age group categories, including youth and senior divisions. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
