The long course includes a 120 ft vertical climb on the ridgeline and later crosses Tower Road at about 3.5 miles. The short course splits from the long course at about 1.5 miles and includes a 200 ft climb on the east face before joining the ridgeline trail.

Parking is at the park with an overflow lot across Bettis Tribble Gap Road. There will be no shuttle service from the Nature Preserve parking lot before or after the race.
