Dirty Dozen Endurance Run : Point Pinole Regional Shoreline
The Dirty Dozen Endurance Run is a trail event at Point Pinole Regional Shoreline on July 25, 2026. Runners may enter one of three timed endurance races and may compete solo or on teams of two or three.
Distances and formats:
- 12 hour race
- 6 hour race
- 3 hour race
Races use a 3.37 mile loop that is about 98% dirt fire trails. The loop follows the shoreline with expansive views of multiple bridges and mountains, then returns through eucalyptus groves. Anyone who completes a single lap is recorded as a finisher, whether their total run time is 15 minutes or the full 12 hours.
Entry includes an all day BBQ picnic. Hoodies and awards are part of the event offerings. Hikers and walkers are welcome. Volunteers support the event and sponsors contribute to keeping entry costs lower and providing products and services to participants. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
