Southwestway Park - DINO Trail Run
The event is scheduled for Saturday August 15, 2026 at Southwestway Park, 8400 Mann Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46221. It is one of the longest-running venues in the DINO Trail Run Series and serves as the final race in the series for the 5K and 15K distances. The course overlooks the White River.

- 15K, run as a 5K lap followed by a 10K lap
Registration is available online through race start and prices increase the Wednesday at midnight prior to the event. Published entry fees are 5K $30 and 15K $35 with day of entry at $5 and up. A kids race is free. GPX files and course maps are provided for the 5K, 15K, and combined course. Course distance and interactive map accuracy may vary; participants are asked to follow course markings.
Course difficulty is rated Hills 4 and Surface 3 on a 1 to 5 scale. Race rules require visible race numbers, no headphones or dogs, following marked trails, and courteous communication when passing. There is no time limit stated for finishing but services and awards may be limited after 2 1/4 hours.
Awards give medals to the overall top three at each distance and to top three in each age category. Series champions are recognized following the regular awards ceremony. Refunds are not offered and transfers are restricted within two weeks of the event; transfers to another participant incur a service fee.
