DINO Trail Run - Southwestway Park
The event takes place on Saturday August 15th, 2026 at Southwestway Park, 8400 Mann Rd, Indianapolis, IN. It is the final race in the 5k/15k DINO Trail Run Series and uses marked park trails overlooking the White River.

- 5K
- 15K (a 5k lap followed by a 10k lap)
Course details note a hills rating of 4 and a surface rating of 3 on a 1 to 5 scale. Course maps and GPX files are provided for both distances; interactive map distances may vary with the mapping apps used.
Registration closes online the Wednesday prior to the event at midnight; same-day in-person registration is allowed. Pricing is listed as 5K = $30, 15K = $35, day-of entry adds $5 or more, and the kids race is free. A season pass option is available for multiple series events.
Race rules include visible front bibs, following marked trails, courteous passing, and no headphones or dogs. There is no strict time limit but participants who take longer than 2 1/4 hours may miss awards and experience limited services. Awards include medals for the overall top three in each distance and medals for top three in each age group.
