Dino Dash - Terre Haute

This community event takes place at Maple Avenue Nature Park in Terre Haute and involves the Vigo County Public Library. Participants are invited to dress as dinosaurs, dino-wranglers, or other themed characters for a morning at Maple Avenue Lake.

Participants may run, walk, or stomp around the lake while people on the sidelines add playful dinosaur-themed activity. After completing the required laps, each participant may pick a small plastic dinosaur as a participation prize. Complimentary water will be provided on-site.

1K one lap around the lake
5K five laps around the lake

Music from a DJ and refreshments from local food vendors will be available. Parking is provided across the street at Ouabache Elementary School in the front and back parking lots.
