- Competitive Adult Mile: For runners aged 19 and older with specific time standards.
- Competitive Masters Mile: For runners aged 50 and older with specific time standards.
- Elite Women's Mile: A limited-size race requiring proof of a qualifying time.
- Elite Men's Mile: A limited-size race requiring proof of a qualifying time.
- Heroes Mile: For military members, veterans, and first responders, with the option to use gear.
- Dog Lover Mile: For participants running with a leashed dog.
