Diamond Hill event

Diamond Hill takes place in County Galway on Saturday 5th September 2026. The race is part of the Galway League and the route is fully marked. GPS use is not allowed. The event lists a climb of 440 m.

Course and access

The event offers two course options:

  • 2.90 km (short course)

Mandatory kit and volunteering

The mandatory kit level is B - Standard. Runners must bring a waterproof jacket, hat or buff, gloves, whistle, a charged mobile phone with emergency number stored, and a foil blanket or bivvy bag. Random checks may be carried out and missing required items may lead to denied entry or disqualification.
