Diamond Hill
Diamond Hill is a mountain running event in County Galway scheduled for Saturday 12 September 2026. The event has a main course and a short course on fully marked routes; GPS devices are not allowed. It is part of the Galway League and has a maximum field of 250 entrants.

- 7.10 km course with 440 m climb
- 2.90 km short course
Entry fees are listed as €7 for seniors and €5 for over 65s and under 18s. Entries open Monday 17 August 2026 at 21:00 and close Monday 21 September 2026 at 18:00.
The event difficulty is rated 6 with moderate terrain, 200 m to 500 m ascent, and typical course lengths between 6 km and 10 km. Mandatory Level B kit is required; runners must bring a waterproof jacket, hat or buff, gloves, whistle, a charged mobile phone with the emergency number stored, and a foil blanket or bivvy bag. The specific kit to be carried during the race will be finalised on the day and announced at registration. Random kit checks may be carried out and missing items can lead to denial of entry or disqualification.
