DFW Burning Soles Trail Series Race 2
This event is Race 2 of an eight week trail running series taking place at Northshore Park MADD Shelter, 880 Simmons Rd, Flower Mound, TX 75022. The series runs from June through August with weekly races on Northshore Trail; this specific race is scheduled for 06/10/2026.

The course follows laps of Loop 5 with a short section of Loop 6 to a natural turnaround where a water cache will be available. Trails are described as singletrack and will be well marked. Races are chip timed for all participants. Participants receive a runners bib at their first race for use throughout the series.
Registration pricing differs by age group and timing. Juniors 13 and under: full series $16, pre-registration $20, late registration $30. Adults 14 and older: full series $24, pre-registration $30, late registration $40. Pre-registration is available until Monday at midnight of race week.
Weekly podium awards recognize the top three male and top three female finishers for each distance and age group. At the end of the series the top three in each division receive final series awards. Recorded distances may vary with trail conditions. There are no refunds; organizers accept transfer requests and reschedule canceled races to listed rain dates with credits applied to the next week in the series.
