Devizes 10km
Devizes 10km is a joint road race organised by LPS Events and Devizes Running Club. The event on Sunday 27th September 2026 is based at The Green, Devizes, Wiltshire (SN10 3AA) and features a 10 km measured road course on open roads with full marshals and an event village.
The route emerges from Jacksons Close near The Green, proceeds down Nursteed Road toward Monument Hill, then loops through surrounding villages before finishing on The Green with a spectator-friendly straight across the field. There is a mid-way water station on course. Electronic timing with split times will be used and free race photos are included with entry. Finish-line refreshments include water in recyclable cups and light snacks.
Entries are open with an approximate entry field of 325; there will be no day entries and entries close at 12:00 on the Wednesday before the race, or sooner if capacity is reached. The minimum age to take part is 15. The event is permitted by England Athletics and an event adjudicator will be present; affiliated entries require a valid membership or purchase of a day licence.
Awards are given for 1st–3rd open and female overall, first places in age categories and first open and female teams based on top three accumulated times. Fundraising support is encouraged for Julia’s House. On-site services include food vendors, photography, massage treatments and filmed footage for future promotion.
