Derwent Reservoir 5 & 10 Milers

The Derwent Reservoir 5 & 10 Milers is a popular winter trail running event, now in its sixth year, set in the scenic surroundings of Derwent Reservoir, located on the border of Durham and Northumberland. Participants can choose between a 5-mile or 10-mile route, featuring a mix of terrain including trails, footpaths, and woodland. The event is also Canicross friendly, allowing one controlled dog per runner.

Finishers receive Wild Deer merchandise, a medal, snacks, and drinks. Free parking is available on-site, and there is an option to purchase an event T-shirt during registration. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
