Inflatable 5K - Derby, Derbyshire - Saturday 17th April 2027
The Inflatable 5K at Donington Park in Derbyshire is an inflatable obstacle-course fun run held on Saturday 17th April 2027. The course is based on a 2.5 km lap; participants can choose their total distance by completing multiple laps.
- 2.5k, 1 lap, 15 obstacles
- 5k, 2 laps, 30 obstacles
- 10k, 4 laps, 60 obstacles
- 15k, 6 laps, 90 obstacles
The route includes large inflatable obstacles, slides and tunnels, plus five music zones and an on-course hydration station. The 5k layout includes three additional new obstacles for a total of 30 obstacles on that distance. The event is untimed and intended as a social fun run with running, jogging or walking all permitted.
All entrants receive a finisher's medal and a finish-line goodie, and the event provides medical cover, event photography and a free spectator area. Children aged 5 to 15 must participate with a paying adult at a maximum ratio of three children per adult; adult entry is 16 and over. Spectators must remain in designated areas and dogs are not allowed.
Practical details include paid parking (£5 per car), a bag drop service (£3, size limits apply and bags will be searched), on-site toilets, and food and drink vendors.
