Event Details

The 463rd Demi-marathon de l'Acadie will be held on May 3rd, 2026, in Tracadie-Sheila, New Brunswick. The event features a half marathon distance.

The course has been changed due to the closure of the Snowball Bridge. The start and finish are now at the same location: the Piscine S. A. Dionne, located at 4216 rue Hall. The route uses an existing 10 km course, which participants will run twice. Two water stations will be set up along the route.

Registration is online only; there is no race day registration. The registration fee is $20.00 CAD. The minimum age to participate is 16 years old. Bib pickup is before 9:45 AM on the second floor of the pool. A meal is served after the race, along with an awards ceremony.

Participants who anticipate needing more than 2 hours and 15 minutes to complete the course can request an early start at 9:00 AM by contacting the race director before 6:00 PM on the Saturday before the race. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
