Event Details

The 461st edition of the Demi-marathon de l'Acadie takes place in Tracadie-Sheila, New Brunswick. The main distance is a half marathon.

Course and Organization

Due to the closure of the Snowball Bridge, the course has been changed for an undetermined period. The start and finish are at the same location: the Piscine S. A. Dionne, located at 4216 rue Hall in Tracadie. The course uses the Tracadie 10 km route, which runners complete twice. Two water stations will be set up along the route. The course is not certified.

Practical Information

Registration is online only. Race bibs can be picked up before 9:45 AM on the second floor of the pool. A meal is served after the race along with a medal ceremony. The minimum age to participate is 16 years old. Runners anticipating a finish time over 2 hours and 15 minutes can request an early start at 9:00 AM by contacting the race director before 6:00 PM on the Saturday before the race.
