DeKalb Firefighter 5K/10K : June 6, 2026
The Second Annual DeKalb Firefighter 5K/10K takes place in De Kalb, Missouri. The event is authorized under a special use permit from the Missouri Department of Conservation and highlights public land access and community support for local firefighters.

The course combines single track trail and old logging roads. The race is cupless to reduce waste; runners are expected to use reusable hydration containers. Water and electrolyte beverages will be available at the start/finish area and at one aid station along the course.
