DEKA FIT East Midlands, held at Derby Arena, is a premier fitness challenge combining running and functional workouts. The event features a 5 km course with 10 workout zones, each separated by 500 meters of running. The zones progressively increase in difficulty, targeting full-body strength and endurance.

Designed for all fitness levels, DEKA FIT offers various heat categories from Age Group to Elite, fostering a high-energy, competitive atmosphere. Participants earn finisher medals, tees, and can compete for a global leaderboard ranking.
